Quality Inn & Suites Watertown Fort Drum - Calcium

Excellent hotel with free Wi-Fi, free parking, and a 24-hour reception. The staff once returned my forgotten jewelry, which I appreciated. I recommend choosing the King Suite for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

It has marvellous, convenient setting, very close to a tournament in Clayton, chain restaurants and Casual activities. Taco Bell, where you can eat, is not very far from from here.

As we remember, there was no breakfast.

We enjoyed suite provided with 2 queen beds, a pull out couch, as for instance...

No coffee available in the morning.

Modern hotel & exceptionally clean, its location is favourable and excellent close to everything that I went for.

The hotel staff is exceptional and welcoming. The location is excellent, in the Fort Drum area. And it's nestled in a nice building next to many restaurants and shopping, the shopping center and a tournament in Clayton.

Had a blast with my friends! The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for chilling after visiting the nearby Walmart and exploring the local area. Staff was super helpful, bringing us a cart for our bags. The breakfast was okay too. Great place for budget travelers!

I felt right at home in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds-comfy pillows galore! The hardwood floors added a nice touch. Plus, the fridge was icy cold for all my snacks. Honestly, the warm and friendly cleaning staff.

The hotel was clean and modern, with comfy beds and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the free Wi-Fi and parking. The room had great features such as a full-size fridge and kitchenette. Breakfast offered a nice variety with eggs and sausages, and staff kept it stocked well. I noticed some maintenance issues, like a loose faucet in the tub and low water pressure. The shower head was calcified. When the upstairs guests showered, I could hear the dripping on the ceiling, annoying. Check-in was easy, but the front desk staff could use a bit more friendliness. I'd consider staying again, but some improvements are needed.

Spacious and Comfortable Stay

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was very accommodating, even providing a cart for our luggage. The breakfast was decent, but they struggled to keep items stocked during busy hours. A very pleasant stay. I'd suggest improving the breakfast service.

Great budget spot

Had a really nice stay! The room was clean and spacious. Staff were super nice and easy to deal with. They even had a nice picnic area to chill. Parking was plentiful too.
